These Terms govern your use of Third Eye. They're written to be readable — but they are the real agreement between you and Kayzen Apps.
01Acceptance
By downloading or using Third Eye ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
02What Third Eye is
Third Eye analyzes chat exports you choose to import and returns entertainment-grade insight — not professional, psychological, legal, or relationship advice. Its readings are interpretations for reflection and fun, and they can be wrong. Decisions you make based on them are your own.
03Acceptable use
Import only conversations you have a right to analyze. Don't use Third Eye to harass, surveil, or harm anyone, or in violation of any law or the terms of the platform a chat came from. You must be old enough to use the app in your jurisdiction (16+).
04Subscriptions & purchases
Third Eye Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, and GOD credits are one-time purchases — all billed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's standard terms; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. The billing relationship is subject to Apple's Standard EULA. Refunds are handled by Apple.
05Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its brand ("Third Eye", the Eye mark, "the record", and the finding/verdict formats) are owned by Kayzen Apps. Readings generated from your own chats are yours to use and share.
06Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayzen Apps is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its output.
07Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
